As the much-loved leader of Human Crew, Linda-Ann leads a team of specialist consultants with a wealth of on-the-ground knowledge, practical experience and skills.
Linda-Ann has worked across a range of diverse industries including fishing, mining, large and small manufacturing, rural and retail, small business, health and wellbeing. Her experience expands across many sectors including corporate, government, and community services. Linda-Ann holds an eclectic mix of qualifications including a Diploma of Business Management, a Bachelor of Adult and Vocational Education, a Master of Counselling, Executive Leadership credentials, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and specialised training in Responding to Domestic and Family Violence.
Linda-Ann’s particular expertise in addressing critical issues such as domestic violence, sexual assault, and women’s health has earned her respect as a leader and keynote speaker in the field.
After three decades helping thousands of individuals in diverse industries, Linda-Ann has brought the Human Crew team together to help many more wonderful people and organisations to live their best professional lives.

Linda-Ann loves to help people through counselling, learning and excellent communications. She is a master teacher and facilitator who knows how to capture, entertain and educate an audience, ensuring they get what they want from the session – whether it’s a personal one-to-one setting or a huge workplace group. Also known as LA, Linda-Ann has proven her capacity to care and educate in large conferences, events, workshops and retreats across the country over decades.
